Ud over at lede projektet over 12 m\u00e5neder var S\u00f8ren Clausen ogs\u00e5 interim driftschef i 8 m\u00e5neder.<\/p><p>Det overordnede m\u00e5l var at forbedre flowet i produktionen, skabe mere p\u00e5lidelige genneml\u00f8bstider og styrke den daglige styring af flaskehalse p\u00e5 tv\u00e6rs af produktion og administration.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div pr\u00e6cis leveringsplanl\u00e6gning.<\/p><p>Leveringstiderne blev planlagt efter den ledige kapacitet, men virksomheden manglede en enkel og effektiv struktur til at finde flaskehalsene, prioritere rigtigt og skabe et f\u00e6lles overblik over produktionen. Det gjorde det sv\u00e6rere at forudsige genneml\u00f8bstider pr\u00e6cist, fordele ressourcerne effektivt og holde arbejdet i bev\u00e6gelse gennem systemet.<\/p><p>Der var ogs\u00e5 behov for at g\u00f8re det lettere for medarbejderne at finde og prioritere den n\u00e6ste ordre, reducere varer i arbejde og skabe et mere stabilt grundlag for at levere til tiden.
