de camiones, incluyendo una l\u00ednea completa de ensamble de camiones y una l\u00ednea dedicada de montaje de cabina.<\/p><p>S\u00f8ren Clausen fue responsable de la direcci\u00f3n de proyecto en partes clave del arreglo, incluyendo el dise\u00f1o y la fabricaci\u00f3n de los portapiezas para chasis, l\u00ednea principal y manejo de cabina. La tarea tambi\u00e9n cubri\u00f3 la responsabilidad del RFQ, el alcance de los sistemas de control, la planeaci\u00f3n de la instalaci\u00f3n y la coordinaci\u00f3n entre varias interfaces t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p><p>El objetivo general era crear un arreglo de ensamble final robusto, que pudiera instalarse, probarse y entrar en producci\u00f3n a tiempo, reduciendo el riesgo de cuellos de botella, mejorando el flujo de producci\u00f3n y fortaleciendo la integraci\u00f3n entre los sistemas mec\u00e1nicos, los controles y los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n de la Hab\u00eda que coordinar sistemas mec\u00e1nicos, sistemas de control, flujo de producci\u00f3n, tiempos de instalaci\u00f3n e interfaces de informaci\u00f3n en un entorno complejo de producci\u00f3n de camiones.<\/p><p>Un reto central fue adelantar dos meses los tiempos del RFQ y de la orden de compra, para proteger el programa de instalaci\u00f3n y hacer posible terminar a tiempo. Al mismo tiempo, hab\u00eda que afinar el concepto de ensamble para reducir el riesgo de cuellos de botella y paros de l\u00ednea durante la operaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El arreglo tambi\u00e9n exig\u00eda una coordinaci\u00f3n confiable entre portapiezas, manejo de chasis, interfaces de celdas rob\u00f3ticas, integraci\u00f3n Andon, pantallas de informaci\u00f3n para el operador e informaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rdenes basada en ERP. Reducir los riesgos de interfaz desde temprano fue clave para mantener las l\u00edneas de ensamble final en tiempo.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Otra fue mejorar el concepto de l\u00ednea para que el ensamble final pudiera correr con menos riesgo de cuellos de botella y mejor flujo de producci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>El trabajo tambi\u00e9n se enfoc\u00f3 en una mejor coordinaci\u00f3n entre el manejo mec\u00e1nico, los sistemas de control, la informaci\u00f3n de \u00f3rdenes basada en ERP, el apoyo al operador y las interfaces de las celdas rob\u00f3ticas. producci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>Las estaciones de ensamble se balancearon con la reducci\u00f3n de errores y un flujo m\u00e1s estable como objetivos centrales.<\/p><p><strong>Interfaces de celdas
